Senior Manager/Finance Lead - Manufacturing Firm - CA (9-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Vendor reconciliation
- Ensure accounting compliance on Monthly Book close
- Ensure compliance and closure of audits on Direct and Indirect Tax
- Consolidation of MIS leading to change in decision making to improve business KPIs
- Driving closure of aligned Annual Budgets Incld Capex and Working Capital
- Support Legal team to comply on Secretarial compliance
- Align and close Statutory Annual Financial Audit
- Support Internal Controls and Audit team
- Interacting with Internal / External people for various business strategic issues
- Liaison with banks for Loans & Subsidies and arranging & renewals of Limits as per the requirement of business of Group Companies
- Cash Flow Management
- Fixed Asset Book update and controls
- Lead diverse teams to drive continuous improvement
- Drive Cost per piece and Profitability promise of the Unit with Unit head
Candidate Profile :
- CA with experience in relevant Industry Manufacturing
- Hands on experience on SAP (PP, FICO, MM modules) and Master Data
- Team handling experience
- Clear communication (verbal and written) with Leadership team and Promoters
- Advance excel
