1. Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate India Accounting, GAAP standards (IGAAP & IFRS) and regulatory requirements 2. Consistently analyzing financial data for group reporting as well as statutory reporting and ensuring presentation of financial reports in an accurate and timely manner 3. Take decisions related to financial planning and budgeting for CKBCI and related management decisions 4. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC), support and assist CKBCI teams to review with Corporate on regular or ad-hoc basis in different financial measurement systems 5. Closely monitor or participate in the monthly close process and responsible for final review of budgeting and reporting prepared by finance team before submission to Global. 6. Responsible for overseeing the audit closing process 7. Responsible and overseeing the procurement process 8. Review and approve tax computations 9. Review and approve final tax payment and tax return 10. Manage and facilitate income tax assessments Governance and Compliance: 1. Implement effective governance mechanisms within the in-country finance function and other support functions Stakeholder Management: 1. Effectively communicate and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders - local and global 1. Promote partnership ecosystem with external stakeholders (auditors, tax and regulatory authorities, local authorities, payroll providers etc.) to deliver operational excellence
