Senior Manager - Finance - IT Services Firm

We are looking for candidates with good experience in Senior Manager - Finance for IT services Company

Location Bangalore:

Qualification: MBA/CA/CMA(From Top Colleges)

Details:

- Finance Business partner for Europe

- Owns Europe P & L and works closely with Europe delivery head to accomplish the revenue & margin targets

- SPOC for Europe Delivery head assisting him in the improvement of revenue & margin initiatives

- Tight Control on VBU margins, UBR, PBDD, DSO, and Debtors.

- Works closely with Operations control, Global sales organization and PMO to reduce revenue leakage & customer escalations

- Responsible for improving partnership with Delivery & other stakeholders

- Interpretation of VBU reports and provide management with key business insights

- Finance business partner to actively influence business decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business.

Skills:

- Must have strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

- Oral & Written communication and Presentation skills

- Crisis management skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
