Role : Senior Manager Finance
Location : Mumbai HO
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Heading the Finance Department with dual reporting to Business Head & Overseas HQ
- Managing day to day accounting, finance and tax operations
- Preparing Monthly financial reports both Indian and HQ compliance
- Handling Internal audit and process build up; statutory audit both Indian and HQ compliance
- Being responsible for Indirect and direct tax compliance as well as Secretarial compliance
- Liaising with HQ and other departments for various accounting and tax issues
- Leading a team of 5 members
SPECIFICATIONS :
- Masters degree in Finance, accounting or similar educational degree
- Min. 10 years experience in accounting & finance functions with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in IT hardware, trading companies
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Trading/sales & mkt/distribution company background
- Core accounts/finance/tax experience
