Position : Sr. Manager - Finance

Location : Chennai, India

Job Description :


- Work with project and program teams to understand new digital businesses and lead on financial, treasury, tax and compliance aspects in collaboration with respective corporate functional teams

- Work with IT, digital, shared services and other functional / business heads and provide cost insights through release of periodical MIS, dashboards, scenario analysis and data modelling

- Understand legal entity transactions involving services to multiple geographies and work on tax / cost efficient transaction structuring within legal and tax compliance framework, with an aim to minimize effective tax rate (ETR)

- Drive robust framework of cost chargeback (recovery) to various group companies and provide complete transparency to stakeholders

- Responsible for managing general accounting, treasury and tax function of the legal entity including finalization of quarterly/annual accounts/audit pack and coordinating with the internal/statutory auditors during the audit process

- Ensure adherence to compliance to relevant accounting standards (India and Singapore) in financial reporting

- Maintaining /implementing robust framework for DoA compliances

- Ensure continuous development of team and provide opportunities within organization to align with career aspirations

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who has excellent understanding of accounting concepts, financial controls and processes required for managing finance function of a legal entity and support in establishing requisite F&A and management reporting framework for technology enabled new business models and projects. The role requires significant collaboration with cross functional, project and program management teams based out of multiple locations
