Senior Manager - Finance - FoodTech - CA (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for Senior Manager Finance for a Food Tech company based out of Bangalore.
Job Description :
- MIS and Financial Reporting
- Responsible for the entire books of accounts and financial reporting of the company.
- Responsible for end to end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and stat audit assignments
- Prepare and publish monthly profit and loss statements.
- Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.
- Prepare schedules for P&L and balance sheet items.
- Perform reconciliation between POS, SCM, Order Management System and accounting softwares on day today basis
- Timely finalization of books accounts.
- Prepare inventory flow at SKU level and match with books of accounts and MIS.
- Assist direct and indirect taxation team to finalise the numbers.
- Assist finance controller in consolidation of Financial report.
- Co-ordinate with functional leads and central finance teams.
- Develop and implement processes.
- Automate the MIS and Financial reporting process
- Actively participate finalizing Annual Operating Plan
Requirement :
Qualification : CA
- Statutory audit background in any of the Big4 and minimum two years of experience in MIS and Financial reporting corporate
Skill Set :
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Ability to lead a team of 4 to 5 members
- In depth knowledge of Regulatory reporting, IFRS, IGAP, Accounting Standards, Inventory Reporting, Audit and MIS
- Ability to multi-task; attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well versed in MS Excel, ERP systems and exposure to manage large volume of data.
