Job Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 6+years into finance and accounts.

Job Description :

- Accounting, Audit and Statutory Compliance, R2R, P2P

- Technical sound

- PL, BS, CSF, FFS

- Accounting

- Account payable

- Statutory Audit

- Internal Audit

- Statutory Compliance & payments

- Internal Controls and systems

- ROC Fillings, Investment Compliance

- Provision/OPEX

- Tally/ IT/ERP

- Reconciliation AP/AR

- Cash

- Documentations

- Due Diligence

- Corporate Tax, MAT, advance Tax

- Operational

- Day to day books keeping accurately of all type of expenses

- Maintaining Proper records and filling of physical copies

- Preparation of the accounts payable for weekly payment cycle

- Calculation of GST & TDS payable and filling of returns

- Monthly quantity wise reconciliation

- Resolution of vendor queries

- Invoice processing & Weekly vendor payment accurately

- Statutory audit & Internal Audit and IFC

- Interaction with bankers for various activities

- Imprest Follow up and Settlement

- Quarterly Balance confirmations

- Banking activities

- MIS

- Creditors Aging

- Vendors Debit balance and booking of bills

- BRS

Skills Required :

- Very good working knowledge of Tally ERP

- Excel and excel with advanced will be preferential

- Basic Rules of accounting

- Accounting Standards & policies

- Basic of Taxations-GST and Tax rates etc

- Strategic requirement

- Highlight Management on areas of cost reduction

- Help management in implementing SOP & Process development

- Good oral and written communication to communicate effectively

- Interpersonal skill with interact with inter and intra departments

- People management

- KRA/KPI

- Attrition

- Minim of 10 people

- SOP and Audits

- Sales to Cash reco
