Senior Manager - Finance (Corporate Planning & Business Review)

- Mapping the Business Strategic & Tactical initiatives for its completion on timely & desirable manner

- Implementation of Strategic Score Card for tracking all the operational & Strategic matters at one place with the status on progress of each initiative

- Knowledge of pain areas for the businesses and suggesting various solution based alternatives for the same

- Providing various suggestions for improvement in the operational performance through business process re-engineering wherever required

- Challenging assumptions for new business initiatives and providing strategic inputs

- Supporting Sponsor & BD team (as Corporate Spoc.) in evaluating any future acquisition of any new venture within India or Overseas

- Active and regular interaction with senior management ofthe businesses.

- Summarizing the reports - interacting with management to highlight areas of concern, working with management to arrive at various alternate solutions.

- Translating internal management performance metrics into long term shareholder value creation

- Set up a robust business review and governance process through tracking progress/resolution on regular basis of issues identified

- Business Environment changes impact assessment

- Immediate update of impact of changes in business environment like any regulatory enactments or competitor activity for any of the businesses

- Shareholding representative role

- Interaction with JV partners for all escalation points on operational/strategic matters to be highlighted to or approved by Group Corporate Office

- Benchmarking of business performance and strategy with peer companies in both domestic and internal industries.

- Understanding the competitive scenario

- Provide benchmarking info and facilitate adoption of best practices

- Work on structuring initiatives and newer and innovative business models.Information feed to group level management councils and management board.Key inputs and validation AOP numbers and process.

- Support commercial decisions with financial analysis for respective businesses.

- Review miscellaneous analysis reports related to respective businesses.

- Review business case on case-to-case basis to enable data based decision making by the top management
