Job Description/Responsibilities :
- Responsible for accounting and record keeping as per generally accepted accounting principles and standards
- Statutory Audit planning, coordination and finalisation of Accounts.
- Internal Controls, policies and SOP drafting and implementation as per business requirement
- Treasury & Banking, Working Capital management and Forex Risk Exposure management
- Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances
- ERP /SAP System Implementation & Enhancements
- Month end closing, Review of Variance analysis and preparation of Financial MIS and Reports for the management
- Manufacturing Plant Cost Review and operations support.
- Coordination for preparation of Budget and Forecasts as per management guidance
- Consolidation and Joint Venture Management related to accounting procedures
- Coordinating for all secretarial compliances and facilitating preparation for Board and Meetings
- Compliance of Record Retention policy for the company
- Cash Flow Projections & Management
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of IAS/Ind AS /IFRS
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax and related procedures
- Good knowledge of Banking and Working Capital Management coordination and liasioning with bank for Relationship Management, setting up limits, day to day banking needs and compliances . Forex Exposure Management.
- Good Working knowledge of SAP /ERP.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP Implementation required. Strong in Excel and MS Office
- Good knowledge of Audit Procedures /SOX and IFRS
- Team Management and effective communication, ability to interact and meet internal stakeholder need diligently. Ability to effectively coordinate cross functionally for building strong control environment across business processes
Qualifications :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 Year work experience in related area as above.
- Working experience from a reputed Manufacturing Indian Company / Big 4 or equivalent Audit Firm is preferred
