About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Finance to oversee crucial financial operations as we prepare for our IPO. You will manage various functions including books, audit, payables, banking, insurance, and assets. Your role will also involve leading our treasury functions and developing investment strategies aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.

- Guide finance stakeholders on accounting treatments for new business lines.

- Oversee consolidation of subsidiary financials and coordinate external audits.

- Collaborate on annual reports and investor queries with peer teams.

- Implement best practices for month-end closing and ensure financial reliability.

- Conduct financial performance analysis and manage accounting functions.

- Supervise accounts payable, manage vendor relationships, and leverage ERP systems for automation.

- Strengthen controls in seller payouts and manage banking relationships.

What You'll Need:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience with Big 5 audit firms and handling accounts/audit in startups.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

- Proven ability in business partnering, external stakeholder management, and innovative problem-solving.

- Excellent communication, multitasking, and execution skills.
