Senior Manager - Finance - Consumer Durable - CA

We are looking for a Senior Manager-Finance to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis role. This role will be primarily responsible for working with the CFO for overall financial analysis and reporting, supporting monthly financial close activities, preparation of budgeting & forecasting, and lead process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making and planning.

- Financial management & control, assist in preparation of budgets, monitor & control expenditures

- Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in business processes and deploying financial analysis techniques, and concepts to provide insights

- Track achievement of actuals against targets

- Draft forecasts and budgets and monitor any deviation from the same and scrutinize the occurrence, thereby focusing on the overall goal of cost containment and focusing on revenue growth to strengthen our margins

- Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with policies (e.g., financial and tax-related regulations), monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods

- Build financial models and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts

What we are looking for :

- CA with 5+ years works experience in management or financial accounting, Financial Performance & Analysis experience is strongly preferred

- Preferably with work experience in a fast paced growth organisation.

- Attention to detail & deep domain knowledge
