- Looking out for Dynamic Finance professional responsible for Accounting, Finance controlling, Auditing and Company secretarial work.

- Will be responsible for timely filing of returns and other Documents by the Act.

- Updating all amendments and changes in taxation

- responsible for accounting policies and will ensure adherence to financial processes

- Responsible for internal, other statutory work and finance governance

- Responsible for tax audits of the company

- Ensure accurate & timely reporting for internal & external stakeholders

- Ensure that the company complies with the applicable secretarial standards

- Experience as Company Secretary with membership holder.
