Senior Manager - Finance COE - Marketplace/Automobile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Finance COE to lead our Finance Centre of Excellence. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance while supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, consolidation, reporting, and risk management, particularly in the marketplace or automobile sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business expansion and sustainability.

- Provide financial projections, oversee accounting services, and prepare growth plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead a team across multiple financial functions, including consolidation, accounting, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and financial reporting requirements.

- Interface with senior management, providing strategic and operational financial insights.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve financial and corporate objectives.

- Drive best practices within the Finance Centre of Excellence, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities within the technology and automobile services industry.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in marketplace or automobile sectors.

- Strong expertise in financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven experience in leading finance teams and driving strategic initiatives.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
