Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Our client offers a range of insurance services and today has a pan-India presence with 700+ branches.
Designation: Senior Manager- Finance
Location: Pune
For this role, we are looking for CA Candidates with 5-10 Years of experience in insurance firms or NBFCs
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for closure of books, preparation of financial statements, reporting of numbers to the management.
- Ensure appropriate controls commensurate with size of operations exist at all times and review the same in line with requirements of the Companies Act.
- Assess impact of new projects on technical accounting and ensure readiness at all times.
- Variance analysis of financial statements in terms of volume, rate, other variables, etc
- Compliance with laws. Adherence to IRDAI regulations, MCA notifications, Companies Act
