Senior Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA (15-17 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Be part of commercial decision making of region and support regional team in various commercial transactions
- Close monitoring and internal controls on discounts / commission / incentives etc. to ensure the benefits reaching retail customers
- Adherence to organization's internal governance policies
- Monthly analysis of Regional Marketing Variable Cost in line with company policy and random verification of same in person at dealerships
- Verification of dealer's spending on advertisements / communication / displays etc. on product and customer schemes where such costs are on sharing basis with company
- Market intelligence such as competitor's price analysis, schemes, discounts, etc.
- Verification of documents related to financing to customers
- Analysis of credit exposures of dealers; stocks vs. company's outstanding, channel funding aspects, etc.
- Ensuring timely collections from customers to reduce the receivables
- Customer Account Reconciliations
Qualifications & Experience :
- B.com/M.Com with 15-17 years of experiences or CA / ICWA
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Accounting, Receivable Management and Statutory Compliances related to Indirect Taxation.
