Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall finance & accounting processes, Audit, Direct & Indirect Tax compliances, MIS, GST and treasury.

Core Responsibility:

1. Responsible for proper control of books of accounts and maintain all process controls are established

2. Timely closure of books on a monthly basis and ensure closure of trial balance for monthly MIS purpose

3.Ensuring reconciliations and control of all ledger accounts

4. Responsible for IFC (Internal financial control) process establishments and maintaining necessary process control and effectiveness

5.Responsible for all Direct Tax, Tax audit and corporate tax compliances.

6. Ensuring all treasury operations are maintained and managed well

7.Monthly MIS to management

8.Process development, improvement on continuous basis

9.Responsible for fixed assets management and control processes

10.Implementation India GAAP and other requirements as per Indian Accounting standards/ as per companies Act

11.Working capital management

12. Ensuring AR, AP and other accounting processes are properly maintained, controlled and delivered

13. Responsible for overseeing the processes, control and compliance management of total Indirect Tax.

14.Hands-on experience on GST.
