Senior Manager - Finance - CA

Job Description:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and investor communications.

- Analyze financial performance, including budget variances, and ensure compliance with Ind AS and other standards.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain liquidity.

- Develop strategies to optimize cash position and manage banking relationships.

Internal Controls and System Development:

- Implement and oversee internal control policies.

- Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing requirements, aiming for continuous system improvement and automation.

Accounting Operations:

- Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and taxation.

- Manage multi-entity accounting setups and ensure timely, accurate financial transactions.

Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.

- Collaborate with tax consultants for assessments and implement compliance tools.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.

External Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with auditors, investors, and lenders for data requirements and compliance.

- Ensure due diligence reports meet quality standards

Skills:

- Knowledge of financial reporting and Ind AS compliance.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e. , NAV/SAP).

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines and complex stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications:-

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience, including time with consulting firms (Big 4) and fast-paced companies.

- Experience with startups is advantageous.

- At least 2+ years of team management experience
