Senior Manager - Finance - CA

Position Overview:

- The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.

- This role will involve overseeing the finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial health and compliance, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

- The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and statutory compliances related to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Lead the budgeting process, including revenue and expense forecasting.

- Monitor budget variances and work closely with internal teams to drive cost control measures.

- Provide accurate financial forecasts and manage cash flow.

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with external auditors for timely and accurate financial audits.

- Provide financial analysis and insights specific to real estate project financing, land acquisitions, and property development.

- Handle project financing, funding, and cash flow management specific to real estate ventures.

- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous skill development.

- Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

- At least - 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector- is a must.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

- Thorough knowledge of statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other real estate-related regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Local candidates from Raipur or nearby regions will be preferred.
