Senior Manager - Finance - CA

1. Complete and independent charge of financial accounting process on SAP platform and closure of books of accounts monthly

2. Complete and independent charge of payroll processing

3. Complete and independent charge of corporate taxation

4. Complete and independent charge of maintenance of general ledger as per accounting standards

5. Complete and independent charge of internal audit function and internal control processes in the establishment

6. In depth knowledge of internal control complexities in a manufacturing environment

7. Create internal controls at all levels so as to control and regulate operations across various functions

8. Adequate knowledge of banking and banking operations

9. Should have good knowledge in the control of commercial and general contracts

10. Preparation of varied MIS reports in finance and accounts for management decision making

11. Should have good numerical and analytical skills and should possess expert knowledge in MS Office, including PPT, Excel

12. Should be able to independently collate Business Plan and Annual Operating Plans

13. Should have the ability to establish systems, processes, standard operating procedures and bring about continuous improvement in finance, accounts and internal control functions.

14. Should be able to independently manage the statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit process.

15. Should be a good people manager and should be able to lead and drive a team of executives.
