- Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting : Monthly analysis of financials and reporting to CEO and Executive Committee with reasons for deviations (Actual Vs Budget) and (Actual Vs Last Year) both monthly and YTD. - Act as a Finance business partner on commercial aspect of product segment / SKUs wise sales &amp; gross margin, product mix analysis, new product launch, pricing decisions, distributor engagement, strategic business alliance with OEMs and many other business topics as an active member of the CEO's - Management Steering Committee Meeting. - Support Company Budgeting exercise covering bottom-up Sales projection, Procurement and Supply chain Budget, Other OPEX Budget like Factory overhead &amp; S&amp;D and Preparation of Budgeted P&amp;L, Balance sheet and Cash flow. - Initiate cost optimization workshops to generate ideas in Procurement &amp; Supply chain, improvement in overall value chain, Factory overhead cost reduction and Production Yield improvement. - Business plans (Diversification): Preparation of Detail Business plans - Defines financial situation by completing quantitative analyses. - Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns. - Values assets by appraising current condition; assessing potential. - Recommends debt structures by analyzing refinancing options. - Builds financial database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data. - Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals. - Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information. - Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. - Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin. - Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances. - Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast. - Ad-hoc business performance reporting. - Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments. - Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports. - Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives. - Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
