Senior Manager - Finance - BFSI/IT

Job description :

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

- Managing, forecasting and preparing reports about financial flow

- Business modelling, p&l reports, competitor marking

- Margin governance, working capital governance, revenue governance

- Setting up pension plans, implementing and strategising financial roadmap of the company

- Employ financial analysis techniques and contribute to strategies and decision-making

Responsibilities :

- Lead financial meetings

- Complete financial accounting and forecasting

- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company

- Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios

- Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team

- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents

- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies

- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles

- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations

Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred) - 5+ years' experience in a financial management

- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level

- Detail-oriented and analytical

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills

- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Detail-oriented and analytical
