- Develop procurement strategies to improve supplier management, cost control, and vendor performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline processes and negotiate favorable terms.

- Guide the team in improving procurement efficiency, ensuring cost optimization across all categories.

Supply Chain Optimization:

- Oversee the complete supply chain cycle from demand planning to distribution, ensuring operational excellence.

- Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
