Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts (Startups)

Responsibilities and Requirements :

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting

- Responsible for preparing Financial Statements, reporting and accounting

- Perform variance analysis and state the reasons for variance

- Responsible for payroll MIS reporting, accounting, and preparation of payroll schedule

- Timely finalization of books of accounts and payroll reporting

- Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies

- Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data

- Automate the MIS and Financial reporting process

- Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and stat audit assignments

- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments and assemble invoices to be completed for payment

Qualifications :

- CA Qualified with 6 to 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting

- Experience in a startup company will be an added advantage
