Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Shared Services/Consulting Firm - CA (6-12 yrs)
Our client is looking for (Chartered Accountant)CA with experience of working in Finance and Accounts team of Shared Services or Consulting Set up.
The job would entail :
- Managing Finance and Accounts,
- Vendor, GL Reconciliation, Debit Notes, GST Credit
- Supporting Vendors Invoice Tracking and Creditors Ageing & Creditor Advances Tracking Process
- Assessing Salary Processing System & Variance Analysis
- Leading revenue forecasting and conducting variance analysis vis-- -vis actual revenue
- Contributing as a part of Business Blue Print Preparation Team
- Devising annual budgets and tracking the same on a monthly basis
- Drafting SOP on transitions and documenting & reviewing SOPs regularly
- Adhering to guidelines by reviewing accounts profile & monthly reviewing entries
- Performing trail balance review, finalization & uploading
- Collaborating with banks for term loan & financing purpose and analyzing loan covenants
- Handling income tax cases & service tax audit
- Supervising accounts of organization and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for consolidation & finalization of the financial statements
- Monitoring timely filing of quarterly, six monthly & annual tax returns, maintaining TDS & service tax records & returns & making online Statutory Payments of TDS, Service Tax and GST
- Adhering to Annually & Quarterly statutory and tax audit annexure & schedules
- Up-keeping of statutory books of accounts, financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss account, accounts payables and receivables statements, general ledger and balance sheets
- Preparing reconciliation statements, accounts payable & receivables; supervising accounts reconciliation in conformity with accounting standards
- Assisting in optimum utilization of funds as per approved guidelines and procedures
- Exercising strict budgetary controls over expenses incurred and detailing the explanation of the expenditure variance reports (actual vs. budgeted expenses) and facilitating decision making process
- Analyzing daily cash report & monthly bank reconciliation and attending audit schedules
- Managing standardization of account reconciliations
