Job role :
- Conduct GL reconciliations/ledger scrutiny, finalize trial balance and prepare first-cut standalone financials of REIT entities
- Preparation of Consolidated financials
- Financial Reporting
- Management Statutory & Internal Auditing Taxation
- SAP Implementation & Migration MIS / Budgeting Reconciliations
- Compliance Reporting & Documentation
- Taxation - Direct & Indirect
- Ensure compliance with the period end close calendar, including collaborating with various teams impacted by or participating in the period end close process
Qualification - CA or ICWA
Experience :
- 5-10 yrs experience with min 3 years of industry experience in Real Estate
- Process oriented and ability work under pressure
- Reasonable job stability
- Good Written and Oral Communication (English).
- Few years of big four experience (KPMG/PWC/Deloitte/EY)
