Position : Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts ( PE Fund-Raising ) Location : Delhi Education : CA or MBA Finance having good exposure to PE Fund Raising Experience : Around 10 years Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : - Candidate should be well versed with Private Equity ( PE) Fund-Raising as a primary experience. Equity/debt fund-raising from Banks/ Financial Institutions is a secondary experience. Good relations with PE Investors/ Banks/ FIs. - Pls note routine F&amp;A profiles will not fit in and hence need not apply. You must have PE fund-raising experience as a mandatory requirement for this position. - Will be responsible for Investor Relations, Regular Accounting activities for Balance Sheet and P &amp; L account. - Exposure to Taxation preferable. - Should be a good team player and good at presentations. - Candidate should be a CA or MBA Finance having good exposure to Private Equity ( PE ) Fund Raising. - Should have post-qualification experience of around 10 years. - Should have excellent communication skills.
