We are looking to hire a Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts for our Finance and Accounts function to work with Finance team and support accounting of our India operations.
Title : Sr Manager- Finance & Accounts
Description : This position will work on specific finance and accounting matters like statutory compliance, secretarial, internal audit, Donor reporting and MIS.
Requirements :
- Candidate should have at least 10 - 12 years of relevant experience accounting function, preferably in development or other commercial projects.
- Should possess demonstrated knowledge on managing finance and accounting of a private limited company.
- Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office and various other accounting ERP software's.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationship with all departments.
- The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.
- Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.
Qualifications : Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Accounting (Commerce) from Mumbai University with CA/ ICWA (Inter)
