Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts/MIS - Hosiery Business (8-12 yrs)
MIS & Business planning :
- Provide the quality accounting data in time-bound manner to FP&A function which own the entire financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and project controls for the pan-India operations of the organisation.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing books and accounts, finalization of balance sheet and annual reports as per Ind-AS.
- Directing the development of MIS such as management review packs with analytical for reviews.
- Industry bench mark data for all financial KPIs, segment wise financial for all Departments and comparison with budgets, department wise cost analysis vs. budget.
- Revised forecast and project wise profitability driving smooth financial operations of the entire group, including overall financial accounting, management accounting, operations & treasury and MIS & Reporting.
- Creating new concepts in relation to the people that results in improved performance.
- Inventory Analysis and aging weekly score card.
- Responsible for costing, taxation and statutory matters.
Educational Requirements : Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary ( Preferable)
Experience Requirements :
- MIS Preparation
- P&L and Balance Sheet Preparation
- Costing, Taxation and Statutory matters.
- Inventory Analysis and aging, weekly score card.
- Filling of Taxation.
- Primary / Secondary sales Analysis.
- Follow up for Refund / Reimbursement .
- Bank compliances.
- Accounting Procedures.
