Role - Sr. Manager - Finance and Accounts

Reporting - Financial Controller

Location - Mumbai - Worli

Team - Leads a team of 4 to accounts and finance executives

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Taking care of finance and accounting related activities at the Head office including consolidating finance and accounts for all the branches and plant operations - following INDAS standards

2) To take care of all the controller activities related and manage balance sheet and drive business targets by meeting margins and costs

3) Create and manage MIS and circulate to all the stake-holders

4) Handle all Treasury related and tax related issues

5) Interact with external and internal auditors and ensure all the open issues are addressed

6) Manage all the compliance related to Taxes, Forex, Audit, reporting etc

Experience and Qualifications -

- CA with minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance / Accounts function with a MANUFACTURING set up

- Must have handled team of 4 - 5 accounts and finance executives

- Should have working knowledge on Oracle system and good in written / spoken communication
