Senior Manager-Finance & Accounts

- Responsible for compliance of the company's financial and fiscal policies, accounting and budgeting efforts

- Responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation

- Lead a team of 3-4 members to set up processes, systems and best practices for the accounts function

- Prepares, analyses, and reconciles all financial statements and related reports including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, and variance analysis

- Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, accounts payables, general accounting, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS

- Identify and implement best practices to make the Company, financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective

- Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings

- Prepare quarterly consolidated accounts and ensure compliance of financials with Accounting Standards

- Deal with external auditors, internal auditors for providing data, clarifications sought on auditor's review, etc. for all necessary compliances

- Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting - Investor, Internal & Lenders

Attributes we are looking for:

- 5-7 years of total experience, with 2+ years in a team managing role

- CA is mandatory

- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader - Proficiency and knowledge of Tally/MS Office Applications/ exposure to loan accounting - Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential

- Prior experience with a Lending Fintech / Institution will be a bonus
