- Own, manage and scale accounts operations including a large accounts team

- Lead AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts

- Handle banking relationships

Job Description : 

- Own, manage and scale accounts operations including a large accounts team

- Periodical closing of books of accounts including Annual Financial Statements

- Responsible for all the compliance requirements including TDS, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, etc.

- Lead all internal, statutory and special audits

- Management of Internal Control Systems commensurate with the growing businessrequirements

- Drive accounting process improvements with best industry practice

- Monthly and annual accounts closure

- Lead AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts

- Handle banking relationships

- Training other team members on new developments in the accounts and finance function

- Support in the implementation of new accounting system

Profile: 

Experience: 

- 6-10 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in controllership/accounts

Attitude to go get things done, attention to details, have high integrity, focus on business improvement & innovations, and a great team player
