Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - eCommerce

1. Strong accounting background with in-depth knowledge of the relevant accounting standards

2. Great ability to churn out business plans and comfortable with spreadsheet business cases - crunch numbers and assess financial viability of the new business verticals

3. Keen sense of business - ability to understand different businesses and eager to engage with business

4. Strong controls background (prev. work ex in internal controls would help) - strong focus on processes, authority matrix and ability to operate in non SAP environment

5. Working capital management - strong focus on receivables and payables, recos with vendor and dealers

6. Monthly closing and MIS - rigor to close books at the earliest; put in place system of cut-off dates and prepare MIS for management

7. Budgeting and forecasting - strong analytical skills for budgeting exercise

8. Strong application of Income Tax, GST and other various regulations - ensure compliance and timely payments

9. Management of key stakeholders - Board of directors

10. Knowledge of Hyperion would be an added advantage
