Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Construction - CA

Job Description :

1. Planning Sales accounting and finalization of budgets and having provisions for budgetary control

2. Authorizing various expenses & claims & bills related to brand, admin, travelling claims etc.

3. Monitoring & Authorizing Bank Payments

4. Bank Operations & Daily management of funds

5. Finalization of Gujarat Market Realization of SCL & GSCL after checking various details.

6. Debtors & Creditors Control of SCL GSCL related to sales .

7. Gujarat Sales Reconciliation of both the companies.

8. Gujarat level stock reco for both the companies.

9. Closing of Monthly, quarterly & yearly accounts related to Gujarat Sales Accounting.

10. Scrutiny of Sales Accounts GL& attending auditors.

11. LC/BG documentation & controls

12. Doing various analysis for policy issues as as per the need on timely basis.

13. Preparing of Programs with IT Person as per requirements to acquire new statutory requirement.

14. Changes in the system to avoid manual intervention wherever possible, customer master documentation & controls

15. Streamlining ERP program for bugs & issues raised on timely basis.

16. Depot Insurance, documents & Controls for new additions & processing of claims if any.

17. Attending Purchase committee on various purchases related to brand or admin .

18. Compliance to the Internal & statutory auditors.

19. Follow up of various documents with Banks/Registrar/RBI etc.

20. Studying various statutory changes of GST/Income tax or others & implementing.

21. Feed back of various matter to various departments heads & taking feedback for necessary adoptions.

22. Any other works that comes from time to time. CA with about 12-14 years of relevant experience in Account & Finance, preferably in sales function.
