- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with atleast 6 years of post qualification experience. - Would be responsible for complete and comprehensive Accounting, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit for the Region (Including exercising controls, reconciliations of AR and AP). - Preparation of various Monthly/Quarterly/yearly Management reports. - Supporting with data, MIS, compliances and manage relationships with Investors/Business Partners. - Budget - Project business plan, Annual Planning and Budgeting along with tracking of the same with variance analyses. - Support to various business functions through analytics and insights - Closely monitoring Cost to completion of projects and adherence to SAP budgets. - Working capital management for the project and Location, which includes preparation of cash flow, projected cash flow requirement, tracking the actual etc., - Managing operations and covenants for fund raising activities - Support to SAP developments / automation required for Business. - Support to Tax team for compliance management and monitoring of location. - Contracts management including monitoring of BGs, Insurance policies, etc. - Cost and Tax optimization - RERA compliance and documentation - Preparation of Board presentation proposals for subsidiary companies in the respective locations
