ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts position for a Renowned Conglomerate company in Mumbai
Reports to CFO
Qualification : CA
A few pre-requisites are mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparation of monthly & annual financial statements,
- MIS & board reports
- Report to management on variances from the established budget / business plan and the reasons for those variances
- Forecast cash flow positions,
- Manage payroll payment processing and private relevant inputs to outsourced payroll processing team
- Various tax registrations- GST/PT/ESIC /TAN, etc
- Oversee filing of GST/TDS returns on a timely basis
- Financial Planning/ Budgeting
- Funds Management / Banking Relationships and Treasury
- Payroll Payment Processing
- Various tax registrations- GST/PT/ESIC /TAN etc
- Oversee filing of GST/TDS returns on a timely basis
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for quarterly book close
Qualifications and Work Experience: CA with 3 to 5 years' experience
You would need to have:
- Highly motivated and self- directed; Focused on results and closures
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Analysis and make recommendations to enable decision making and improvements
