Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Startup

Senior Manager - Finance who is energetic and willing to cross boundaries to help grow the company further. Candidate having prior experience in NBFC/Banks - Finance & Accounts.

Below would be role & responsibilities :

- Good working knowledge of Indian Accounting standards, companies act and Income tax act Knowledge of RBI Prudential norms for NBFC.

- Knowledge of RBI Policies & Reporting.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- Have experience of working on Variance Analysis, Tax Audits, Fund Management.

- Ensure the timely and reliable reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Experience in a start-up environment and/or in growing a business/organization will be an added advantage.

Core Competencies :

- Thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, accounting standards & company law.

- Analyzing financial data and to prepare accurate reports.

- Understanding of various business processes and work independently under pressure with a can do attitude.

- A team player with high energy levels.

- Should be good in Microsoft Excel and well versed with Tally.
