Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA - Retail Startup

A rapidly growing retail solar startup startup is looking for an entrepreneurially-minded financial controller to join a team that is taking the business from 20 branches to 200 stores over the next 3 years. This full-time role is based in NCR but would require occasional travel to B and C towns.

Responsibilities include:

- Producing timely and error-free Monthly and Quarterly MIS;

- Facilitating internal audit and statutory audits;

- Establishing SOPs that can help scale operations rapidly;

- Managing direct and indirect taxation and regulatory compliances;

- Providing business partner support to store operations; and

- Managing treasury (loan + investment portfolio)

- Experience in supply chain and/ or Legal will be an added advantage

The ideal candidate would have:

- Completed CA/ICWA ~10 years ago;

- Worked or trained with a Big 4 for 3-5 years;

- Handled similar responsibilities in a store-based retail business either as FC or Assistant FC;

- Demonstrated experience of establishing scalable processes; and

- Facilitated external audits of Big 4

An MBA will be an added advantage
