1) Handling of Statutory and Internal Audits, Audit Planning, Coordination with a Auditors to complete audits on time. 2) Preparing Standalone and Conslidated financial statements as per Ind AS, Indian GAAP & management analysis report with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process. 3) Monitoring accounts of the company and ensuring timely submission of various statutory returns and day to day compliances. 4) Preparing monthly financial MIS, Variance Ananlysis, Cash Flow and Financial Budgets. 5) Direct and Indirect tax comliances (TDS payment,TDS return, GST return,Income tax return etc.) 6) Deferred tax, calculation of income tax provosion, Advance tax calculations on quarterly basis, Computation of Income, MAT calculation,filing of Income Tax returns and TDS reutrn. Ensure all compliances to be done within timeline. 7) Handling income tax assessment and other scrutiny matter, representing the company in disputed matters relating to direct tax and indirect taxes. 8) Handling trust acitives under CSR and compliy with Bombay Trust Act 9) Providing necessary data to Secretarial department for doing ROC compliances.
