Competencies/Skills required:&nbsp; - Excellent communication skills with seniors, peers, functional teams, external stakeholders&nbsp; - Strong people management skills with both internal and external stakeholders&nbsp; - High on energy and motivated to perform excellently&nbsp; - Curiosity, aptitude and attitude to learn&nbsp; - Integrity and ethical focus&nbsp; - Willingness to take additional responsibilities&nbsp; - Good computer skills including knowledge of accounting systems preferably an erp, and Microsoft office suite Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Responsible for GL accounting and financial reporting, AR, AP, day to day banking, internal controls, establishment expenses and employee claims&nbsp; - Manage month-end closing &amp; publish timely monthly financial statements.&nbsp; - Manage year-end closing &amp; prepare for and coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits.&nbsp; - Coordinate the preparation &amp; filing of regulatory reports and tax returns and assessments.&nbsp; - Research technical accounting issues for compliance.&nbsp; - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.&nbsp; - Develop &amp; implement business processes and accounting policies to maintain &amp; strengthen internal controls.&nbsp; - Responsible for timely &amp; accurate billing and take full control of collections.&nbsp; - Responsible for preparation of the business plan, budgets and forecasts, budgetary controls and report variances.&nbsp; - Developing scenarios to enable decision making.&nbsp; - Responsible for educating &amp; encouraging a culture of financial prudence through the Organization.&nbsp; - Co-ordinate with external experts wherever necessary for ensuring all of the above.&nbsp; - Accounting and overall management of Foreign subsidiaries&nbsp; - Treasury Management and dealings with banks for Forward / Option Contracts Lead, maintain and nurture a team of accountants Qualifications &amp; Experience Requirements:&nbsp; - CA with at least 6-8 years post qualification experience.&nbsp; - Strong accounting and audit experience&nbsp; - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close and audit process.&nbsp; - Experience in revenue assurance including billing and collections&nbsp; - Candidates with experience in and strong industry knowledge of KPO / IT / BPO would be preferred.&nbsp; - Should have hands-on experience on end-to-end accounting
