Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - BPO/IT

A professional who has good understanding of Accounting concepts, financial control and processes. Role require collaboration with cross functional, project, and program management.
 
Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive robust framework of cost chargeback (recovery) to various group companies and provide complete transparency to stakeholders

- Responsible for managing general accounting, treasury and tax function of the legal entity including finalization of quarterly/annual accounts/audit pack and coordinating with the internal/statutory auditors during the audit process

- Ensure adherence to compliance to relevant accounting standards (India and Singapore) in financial reporting

- Maintaining /implementing robust framework for DoA compliances

- Ensure continuous development of team and provide opportunities within organization to align with career aspirations
