Responsibilities & Key Deliverable
- Businesses,Primary responsibility of Grapes
- Responsible for End to end Grapes Financials
- Preparing monthly forecast & MIS with detailed variance analysis
- Budgets & Budgetory
- Handling Audits Statutory/Tax/SOP/DOAM/ICFR/COSO
- Annual Inventory
- Ensuring timely pricing approvals for making procurement decision
- Overseeing RBI compliance, in exports from India & merchanting trade
- Overseeing end to end process of MEIS license
- Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives. Like Cost reduction, IT development etc
- Handling day to day Accounting activities
- Handle Insurance matter for Grapes divisions
- DOA Implementation
- Ensuring Internal Controls/SOP/DOPAM are in place & getting practice
