Sales job opportunity in Mumbai for dynamic and result-driven Sales professional having an experience of 5-10 years in sales of financial products and services particularly in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) & providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities.

You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and managing existing clients and helping the business in acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively approach clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in the company's products & services

- Managing the responsibility of generating revenue for financial products and services Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital and SME Loans

- Handling the responsibility of meeting sales targets for Mortgage and other financial products and services

- Driving acquisition through Exiting DSA tie-ups, internal channel networks and micromarketing activities besides others

- Identifying techniques to improve sales productivity to ensure business targets are met and conduct team trainings

- Performing managerial duties including, performing evaluations, compensation, hiring, as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team members

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 to 5 years- experience in selling of financial products and services (HL, LAP, Working Capital, SME Loans).

- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.

- Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills
