Working well within the allocated budget & with tight deadlines Ensuring annual contract with the Security Agency Guide, coach & mentor the Functional Health Safety & Welfare (HSW) SPOC's to implement initiatives across all Business Functions

Ensuring AMC of all equipments like Air conditioners, DG sets etc. AMC's & Quarterly Inspections & corrective action for all Security systems like Access control, CCTV systems, Fire detection systems, Fire extinguishers etc.

Conduct Monthly & Quarterly reviews of the process

Ensure delivery of Projects like setting up of new offices, renovations, Repairs & Maintenance etc.

Analysis & reconciliation of the Access control & CCTV data Assist the management in making Health & Safety decisions

Ensure effective Housekeeping services

Issuance of Access to restricted areas after proper approvals

Investigate various incidents & implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence

Ensure seamless travel & event management

Deploying optimal security manpower at all locations

Conduct Internal Audits, Field visits & assess compliance on the field & take action on the non-compliances observed
