Senior Manager/Estate Lead - Site Acquisition - Infrastructure Firm

We are looking for an Institutional Acquisition Lead for client with a Pan India Footprint based at Jaipur.

Ideal candidate will be a full time graduate and an MBA with strong KAM experience or site acquisition experience especially with Government bodies.

Experience : Minimum 8-10 Yrs. in Project Management, Real Estate, B2B Sales

Education : Regular Graduation with MBA preferable

Knowledge Required : Real Estate, Sales, Project Management, Exposure to Statues and Local By Laws

Internal Interactions : Legal : Agreement sign-off, Due Diligence, Legal Deviations and way forward. ; Finance: Business Case and Rentals Impacting EBITA ;

External interactions :Customer: Progress on deliveries and support required.; Vendors : Review on Deliverables.; Active Partners: RF Clearances, Material Movement Schedule, Solutions to Critical areas of access issues/LL Issues ; Local Bodies & Key institutions: Interaction with officials and maintain relationship with key institutions, which help in acquiring critical locations, policy formations/amendments

Principal Purpose of the Job :

To acquire sites from government & private institutions in line with customer requirement. Focus on delivering difficult & critical sites with established processes. Tracking and Participation in various tenders notified by various authorities

- Identification of institutions to work upon proposal of sites, initial requirements

- Any initial proposal submission to Institution without having any commercial offering

- Application for new sites permission

- Tender participation after having all approvals in place as per DOA

- Commercial proposal submission to Institutions after taking necessary approval as per DOA

- Control of site rentals

- Competition in tenders
