Senior Manager - Environment/Health & Safety - Pharma/Healthcare

Leading Pharma - Healthcare no is looking for Sr manager - EHS profile for their Manufacturing plant based at Hinjewadi - Pune. Looking candidates from pharma and AIP industry Experience only.

Role: Design & drive implementation of Environment, Health & Safety policies to ensure that plant establishment & operations are in line with the global regulatory norms 

Education: M.Sc. Environment Science/ BE-Chemical & Advance Diploma in industrial safety.

CTC : 12-15 LPA

Key Accountabilities:

- To ensure the right level of operation effluent treatment plant to ensure compliance and work towards continuous improvements in the effluent management system.

- To provide EHS leadership by ensuring Compliance with Applicable environment and occupational safety regulatory requirements.

- Maintain and develop the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environment, health, and safety of site personnel, Visitors, and contractors.

- To perform site Audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions .conduct incident /accident /near miss investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

- Coach personnel through the development of critical documentation and tool to support risk assessments, safe work practice, and adverse event/near miss reporting and investigation.

- Review and assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum HS&E activities

- Conduct the EH&S related training to Employees to create awareness among the Employees.

- Maintain the ISO 14001 and ISO 450001 Standards in the organization

- Maintain & Implement the EHS system & Legal requirements in all locations.

- Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
