Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management - Metal & Mining Business (5-10 yrs)

We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate into metal and mining business for the below mentioned position.

Position Name: Sr. Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Location : Jamshedpur

Education: Chartered Accountants (CA) or Cost Accountants (ICWA) or B.E/ B. Tech (Any Specialization) or Full time 2 years MBA from recognised Institutes.

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities - 

Risk Management - Understanding of existing risk management practices in respect of strategic, operational, financial, project and other risks and developing best practices company-wide framework for risk management encompassing practices for risk, identification, mitigation, quantification and risk appetite

Risk Management practice - Assist operational and support units of the company in adoption and deployment of the risk management framework. Support the units in mapping of risks and subsequent analysis. Assist in integration of risk management into the strategy and operations of business units as per framework.

Reporting and Review - Enhancing existing processes for reporting and review of risks - develop a structured process for reporting of risk to Senior Management, Group Risk review Committee (GRRC), Risk management committee (RMC) of Board and Company Board.

Develop Risk Knowledge - Develop processes for analysis of the economic and business environment. Analysis and mapping of risks arising out of macro-economic and other trends and contribute inputs into the financial and strategy planning process

Conceptualize and Coordinate - ERM Training across the organisation. Explore various communication strategies for creating awareness on ERM across the Enterprise.
