Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management - Infrastructure/Construction Firm (2-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Risk Management - Understanding of existing risk management practices in respect of strategic, operational, financial, project and other risks and developing best practices company-wide framework for risk management encompassing practices for risk, identification, mitigation, quantification and risk appetite
- Risk Management practice - Assist operational and support units of the organisation in adoption and deployment of the risk management framework. Support the units in mapping of risks and subsequent analysis. Assist in integration of risk management into the strategy and operations of business units as per framework.
- Reporting and Review - Enhancing existing processes for reporting and review of risks - develop a structured process for reporting of risk
- Develop Risk Knowledge - Develop processes for analysis of the economic and business environment. Analysis and mapping of risks arising out of macro-economic and other trends and contribute inputs into the financial and strategic planning process
Qualification :
Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants (ICWA) or Full-Time B.E/ B.Tech or Full time 2 years MBA from recognized Institutes
