Description - As a Senior Manager, Engineering with a Hyderabad based fast growing SaaS company you will be responsible for managing development for module(s) of their key product offering.

Description :
As a Senior Manager, Engineering based out of Hyderabad, you will be responsible for:
- Building usable software, released at high quality, that runs at scale and is adopted by customers
- Managing a team of development engineers and being responsible for their career progression
- Working in a team following agile development practices (SCRUM)
- Scaling features to handle 2-4x growth year-on-year
- Releasing new features into production every month and collecting direct feedback from customers to refine the designs
- Working on technologies including but not limited to AngularJS, JavaScript for front-end, .NET for middle-ware, SQL Server Database.
Profile :
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-12 years of experience in designing and developing web applications on the Microsoft stack
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams and being responsible for their career growth
- Proficiency working in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, .NET/IIS with C#, Microsoft SQL Server
- A strong logical, analytical, problem-solving skills
