Senior Manager - Engineering/R&D Services - Recruitment

Job Description:

- Connect with MNC-Captive centers, Core Engineering Companies in India to identify opportunities for staffing supported with intensive training

- Should have connections (at least 20+ companies) with the companies in this field. Should be comfortable establish and growing the connections with HR and Engineering Managers/Directors in our target customer segments

- Target customer segments: Companies that hire electronics firmware fresh and lateral engineers

- Should be flexible to travel across multiple cities within India and meet the connections frequently

- Should have excellent communication and networking skills. Should be a people person

- Should be interested and open to adopt new ideas and methods of working

Qualification/s: Full time MBA in reputed institute

Essential Skill set/s:

- Excellent Networking skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Some level of working experience in Firmware engineering. Should be comfortable with all the concepts and latest technologies involved in firmware engineering

Desirable Skill set/s: Firmware engineering experience at the early stages of candidates- career

Experience (in yrs): 15-20 years
