Experience: 12+ years

- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a HR COE role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CSR and Wellness initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
